Duties * Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and terms. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction. * Administer benefits and assist clients with claims processes as needed. * Maintain accurate records of sales administration and client interactions. * Stay informed about market trends and changes in the insurance industry to provide knowledgeable advice. * Provide bilingual or multilingual support to enhance customer service for diverse clientele. Requirements * Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to analyze information and make informed recommendations. * Familiarity with benefits administration processes is a plus. * Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable. * A valid insurance license may be required depending on state regulations.
