As part of our outbound sales team, you'll represent our company on the road--building relationships, generating leads, and providing on-site consultations to homeowners, contractors, and business clients. Position Overview: We are seeking a driven, proactive Outbound Flooring Salesperson to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills, a self-starter attitude, and experience in flooring or home improvement sales. Your primary focus will be to identify new opportunities, meet clients at their homes or job sites, and guide them through flooring solutions that match their needs. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively generate and follow up on leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and local canvassing. * Schedule and conduct in-home or on-site consultations with clients to understand their flooring needs. * Provide expert recommendations on flooring products (hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, carpet) tailored to each client. * Measure spaces, assess site conditions, and deliver accurate estimates and proposals. * Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. * Collaborate with the showroom, warehouse, and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of flooring trends, installation techniques, and product offerings. * Attend local trade shows, real estate events, or community events to expand your network and presence. Requirements: * Proven success in outbound or field sales, preferably in the flooring, remodeling, or construction industry. * Ability to independently manage time, schedules, and sales pipeline. * Strong understanding of flooring materials and installation methods. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to close deals. * Tech-savvy with CRM systems, mobile quoting tools, and digital communications. * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. * Willingness to travel locally throughout Palm Beach County.
