Sales Engineer (Industrial Compressed Air, Vacuum Systems) Boston & New Hampshire $70,000 - $100,000 Total Comp A Sales Engineer / Sales Manager / Sales representative is required to join a leading provider of industrial machinery and engineered solutions specializing in compressed air systems, vacuum pumps, and related equipment. The company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Engineer to expand its market presence in the Boston & New Hampshire region. This is a remote position requiring a self-motivated professional with a strong technical background and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical sales, particularly within compressed air, Vacuum systems, industrial automation, or manufacturing / medical / autobody repair industries. Sales Engineer / Sales Manager / Sales Representative Compensation: * $70,000 to $100,000 total comp * 401K with company match. * Comprehensive health coverage, including dental, vision, and medical. * Additional benefits to be discussed. Sales Engineer / Sales Manager / Sales Representative Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the assigned region. * Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and manufacturers. * Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends. * Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align customer requirements with company capabilities. * Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement. * Travel within the assigned region as required to meet customers and attend industry events. Sales Engineer / Sales Manager / Sales Representative Requirements: * Experience in a Sales / Sales Manager / Sales representative / Business Development role is essential. * Background in technical sales within compressed air, vacuum pumps, industrial automation, or fluid power industries. * Experience selling to manufacturing, medical, or industrial sectors is beneficial. * Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required. * Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
