Duties * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of various insurance products and services. * Engage with potential clients through telemarketing, retail sales, and outside sales efforts to promote insurance offerings. * Conduct needs assessments to identify client requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions. * Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients regarding their insurance policies, including benefits administration. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the sales administration system. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. * Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services. Skills * Strong sales administration skills with a proven track record in insurance sales or related fields. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. * Experience in benefits administration is a plus. * Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. * Proficient in telemarketing techniques and retail sales strategies. * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. * Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
