Responsibilities * Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process. * Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and local real estate laws. * Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials and advertisements. * Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms. * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements in all transactions. * Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings. * Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and addressing any concerns. * Build a network of contacts within the community to generate leads and referrals. * Stay updated on industry trends and participate in ongoing professional development. Experience * Proven experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable. * Familiarity with real estate law and Fair Housing regulations is preferred. * Experience in real estate administration or property management is a plus. * Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve diverse clientele. * Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively. * A valid real estate license is required.
