We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing exceptional customer service and analyzing insurance needs to recommend appropriate coverage options. Duties

- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses - Develop and maintain client relationships - Conduct thorough insurance needs analysis to determine appropriate coverage options needs - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues - Stay updated on changing insurance products and policies - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets - Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling Skills - Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Proficient in using computer systems and software - Able to work independently and also as part of a team - Results-driven and self motivated If this interests you; we would love to hear from you.
