Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering solutions that meet customer needs. Also looking for someone willing to open and close periodically. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. * Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities. * Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns. * Provide technical sales support and product knowledge to customers. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing product benefits and solutions. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Skills * Proven experience in customer service, technical sales, or outside sales is preferred. * Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Demonstrated ability in business development and direct sales strategies. * Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for territory management and reporting. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to meet or exceed sales targets.
