Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Your ability to communicate effectively, handle cash transactions, and demonstrate product knowledge will be essential in driving sales and fostering customer loyalty. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs. * Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering product recommendations. * Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced drawer. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance the customer experience. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customers to make informed purchasing decisions. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and stocked. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of store presentation. * Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support as needed. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Proficiency in cash handling and experience operating cash registers is an advantage. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers. * Willingness to learn about new products and stay updated on industry trends. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. * Must be 21 years of age. * Experienced in upselling.
