In this role where we will provide it all including the LEAD, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing customer relationships, creating superior client experiences, and implementing effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for helping clients find the right solutions to meet their needs. Our in home trainers and management team will help you create the ultimate buying experince for our clients and deliver the best in home solutions imaginable. Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the technical sales management team to deliver tailored solutions that meet client specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Earn the right to ask for their business
• Come to work to be exceptional and earn your commissions
• Build your book of business withon ours
• Put a smile on clients faces daily by being great at what you do and compensated correctly

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or technical sales is not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer needs.
