Job Description Job Overview We are currently inviting participants for our Insurance Agent Development Program. This program provides in-depth training, mentorship from accomplished agency owners, and the option to establish your own agency after successful completion of the program. * Compensation and Work Hours The yearly compensation is between $60,000.00 and $90,000.00. Salary: $65000.00 - $95000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Career Growth Opportunities Commission Holidays Off * Responsibilities* * Create insurance estimates, conduct sales pitches, and secure sales. * Participate in activities within the local community. * Build networking relationships with key stakeholders such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc. * Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients. * Efficiently use lead management systems. * Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases. Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent * Willingness to acquire State of CO Property and Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated and target-oriented * Keen to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and receptive to feedback * Positive and energetic attitude * Strong desire for personal and professional growth
