Your Responsibilities: * Learn about and recommend footwear, outdoor clothing, and gear to customers. * Approach customers, engage in helpful, knowledgeable conversations to find what they need. * Provide expert footwear fitting assistance. * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. * Process transactions accurately at the register. * Restock products and ensure merchandise is accessible and well displayed. * Work as a team player , helping where needed to support the store. What You Need to Succeed: * 1+ year of retail or customer service experience (preferably in outdoor gear, footwear, or clothing). * Basic computer & math skills - For transactions, inventory, and customer interactions. * Strong communication & problem-solving skills - You know how to listen, assist, and close a sale. * Ability to work store hours and handle an active retail environment. Physical Requirements: * Stand for long shifts (8 hours, with two 10-minute breaks & a 30-minute lunch). * Lift, bend, stoop, and reach as needed for stocking and assisting customers.
