Inside Sales Representative Bethel Products LLC Cape Coral, FL Bethel Products is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative, due to our incredible growth, we are looking for talented inside sales to join our team. About us Bethel Products is a leading-edge company in Cape Coral, FL. We are professional, agile, fast-paced and our goal is to be a solutions-based HVAC/R strategic partner with our long-term relationships in providing heat transfer solutions, supplier of aftermarket coils, and the best HVAC proprietary protective coating offering in the industry. 95% of our production work is performed in-house in our Cape Coral, FL factory. Work performed is mostly on brand new HVAC equipment, directly from manufacturers. Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Regular social events Casual work attire On-the-job training Safe work environment Lively atmosphere Job Description Bethel Products LLC is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our Cape Coral, FL main office. Prior HVAC sales is preferred, or knowledge of HVAC systems / Mechanical type of previous sales experience or similar industry, however not required. Spanish or multilingual is a plus. As an Inside Sales Representative at Bethel Products, the following duties and responsibilities are expectations of the ideal candidate: Responsibilities: * Perform full cycle inside sales routine, role with a focus on closing sales with consultative approach * Promote company products and services over the phone, and email * Maintain a high degree of product and service expertise * Maintain relationships with existing customers, and establish new relationships * Resolve customer inquiries (quotes) and handle all aspects of the sales cycle * Set follow-up appointments with customers to via phone, and email * Preserve and update customer records through CRM * Team with Territory Managers to build pipeline and close on quotes * Provide quotes to customers within 24 hours of request Requirements: * Proven inside sales experience * Track record of over-achieving quota * Strong phone presence and experience with high volume of outbound calls per day * Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools * Experience with SalesForce, Zoho, or similar CRM * Excellent verbal and written communications skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Qualifications: * High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work history * Minimum 1 year experience in inside sales * Intermediate knowledge of HVAC fundamentals and systems including commercial, residential, heavy industrial, or prior experience in a related field * Intermediate with Microsoft Outlook applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel * Negotiation and closing skills * Deadline and detail oriented * Go getter attitude * Strong attention to detail, self-starter ability, and high scale customer oriented skills Bethel Products LLC is a leading supplier of HVAC Corrosion Coatings - going to market with our proprietary brand of coating - EpoxSil Coatings. In addition, BP supplies equipment such as replacement HVAC coils, heat exchanger products, fan coils, remote condenser units, replacement smaller AHU's, other customized equipment, modifications to units and various services in the market which are performed onsite by our technicians.
