Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and driving sales growth. Duties * Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and outreach efforts. * Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients, presenting our products and services effectively. * Utilize account management software to track interactions and manage customer data efficiently. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships. * Analyze sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications * Proven experience in account management or a related field is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Experience in outside sales, B2B, inside sales, or direct sales is advantageous. * Proficiency in using account management software and other relevant tools. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new strategies in sales management.
