Additionally, you'll stay informed about the latest products, inventory, and industry trends through ongoing training, online courses, and collaborative knowledge-sharing with colleagues and vendors. Responsibilities: Order Management: Efficiently handle sales orders, returns, and warranties. Customer Support: Assist customers with product selections and technical inquiries, offering alternatives as needed. Pricing Accuracy: Ensure all pricing is accurate and managed effectively. Product Research: Investigate products using catalogs, websites, and industry resources. Customer Engagement: Promptly follow up on customer requests to foster strong relationships. Lead Generation: Identify potential sales leads for the team. Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and well- organized.
