Compensation: $80,000+/yr estimated commission Responsibilities: * Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met * Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up * Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team's professionalism and integrity in all situations * Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities * Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers Qualifications: * Driven to succeed in sales and in life * Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities * Great phone presence with a closer mentality * Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills * Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented About Company Gulf Pointe Properties was established in 2009 amidst a volatile real estate market.
