Florida Spring and Axle Service is looking for a motivated, fearless Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. While you'll manage existing customer accounts, your primary focus will be generating new business and bringing fresh customers through our door. If you're hungry to grow, driven by results, and eager to close sales, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: * Build new relationships and generate leads that will drive sales and expand our customer base. * Close new business by identifying customer needs and offering solutions. * Be proactive in sourcing leads, scheduling meetings, and working independently to achieve sales targets. * Manage existing accounts by supporting parts orders and service needs, while consistently checking in with customers. * Assist customers with parts orders and provide updates on order status throughout the process. * Utilize parts catalogs for parts sourcing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. * Maintain a high level of motivation and take full advantage of provided training. Qualifications: * Experience in sales is preferred, but we prioritize attitude and hustle over technical knowledge. If you're driven, you can learn the rest. * A proven track record in sales (any industry) is a plus. * Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently. * Ability to lift up to 50lbs and adhere to safety protocols. * A clean driving record is required. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
