We're looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer's agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You'll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. If this sounds like you, apply today!Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000+ at plan commission Responsibilities: * Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget * Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience * Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market * Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results * Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline * Connection Over Transaction: Host open houses where you're not just selling a property but understanding an individual's dreams * Be the Bridge: Guide both the buyer and the seller to a happy ending, ensuring a seamless transaction process * Follow-Up, Don 't Chase: Keep in touch with leads through thoughtful communication, turning prospects into long-term clients Qualifications: * Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success * Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car * At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience * Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends * Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills About Company Gulf Pointe Properties was established in 2009 amidst a volatile real estate market.
