Duties * Engage in outbound calling to follow up with clients and gather feedback on services. * Provide assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or chat. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. * Address client inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring clarity and understanding. * Collaborate with team members to enhance client service processes and improve overall satisfaction. * Utilize computerized systems to track customer interactions and manage client accounts efficiently. * Assist in resolving customer complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions. * Promote a positive company image by demonstrating professionalism in all communications. Requirements * Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred. * Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. * Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail. * Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service standards. * Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. * Familiarity with client services and support processes is advantageous. * Must be able to work flexible hours as needed to meet business demands.
