Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services. * Communicate clearly and persuasively with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. * Utilize sales software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer information. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service. * Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market trends and identify new opportunities for growth. * Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries. Skills * Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, with a focus on outbound calling. * Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to customers. * Ability to negotiate successfully while maintaining a positive relationship with clients. * Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. * A solid understanding of market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
