Rainbow Play Systems is hiring for a Commission + Base Salary Sales Associate/Manager Rainbow Play Systems, #1 in outdoor play equipment is looking for a forward thinking sales person. In this position you will run one of the companies top retail store locations while having a focus on selling quality products like Rainbow Play Systems, Springfree Trampolines, Goalsetter Basketball Goals and Big Green Egg BBQ grills. This is a Full Time Sales Career position with a lot of potential. Benefits of working at Rainbow Play Systems: * Commission based sales - Unlimited earning potential * 401k with 3% company match * Paid Vacation * Work Schedule of Tuesday - Saturday * 6 Weeks Paid On the Job Training * After 5 years of being with company, employer sponsored 2 week sabbatical Qualifications of Store Manager / Sales Manager : * Retail Store Manager Experience Preferred * Outside Sales or Cold Calling Experience very helpful * Entrepreneur mindset and being able to work well alone * Proven Experience Selling and a passion for sales * Solid writing, communication, negotiation and presentation skills Responsibilities of Sales Manager / Store Manager : * Run the day to day operations of the Store * Manage the full sales cycle and serve as initial point of contact for clients * Follow up with inbound Leads from Marketing Campaigns - via phone, text and email * Making outbound sales phone calls to prospective clients * Keeping the showroom and office clean * Selling Rainbow Play Products-Rainbow Play Systems, Springfree Trampolines, Goalsetter Basketball Goals and Big Green Egg BBQ grills * Running Retail Store while focused on Selling * Working with customers on the sales floor, talking on the phone, emailing customers and communication via text Rainbow Play Systems has over 39 years of Building Childhood Memories. and we are always in search of great people that can help us achieve that aim.
