We're seeking part- time + full-time staff to work through November and December at our Booth at the ATL Christkindl Market in Buckhead Village! CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO WORK DURING THE WEEKS OF THANKSGIVING & CHRISTMAS PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION. HOURS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING THE HOLIDAYS Job Title: Holiday Market Sales Associate

Job Summary

: As a Holiday Market Sales Associate, you will be a key member of our team during the holiday season, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our holiday market. You will assist customers, maintain a clean and organized sales area, and promote our products to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

: Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Provide information about products and promotions. Sales and Promotion: Actively promote products and special holiday promotions to boost sales. Offer product recommendations and upsell to increase average transaction value. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Merchandising and Stocking: Maintain attractive and organized product displays. Restock merchandise on shelves or display areas as needed. Ensure that products are correctly priced and labeled. Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods accurately. Follow cash handling procedures and maintain a balanced cash register. Store Cleanliness: Keep the sales area clean and well-maintained throughout the day. Assist in periodic store cleaning and maintenance activities. Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals. Communicate effectively with other team members and management. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, benefits, and any updates. Be able to answer customer questions and provide information about products.

Qualifications

:

• Prior retail sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during peak holiday hours. Physical

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Lift and carry boxes or products as required.
• Bending, stooping, and reaching to organize merchandise.

Compensation

:

Compensation
