Bilingual, Spanish and English preferred. High School Diploma required. Your core skills in insurance sales and communication will enable you to effectively engage with customers, ensuring their needs are met. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish will enhance your ability to connect with a diverse clientele. Additionally, your premium skills in negotiation and outside sales will drive success in achieving sales targets, while your relevant skills in customer service and marketing will contribute to building lasting relationships and enhancing client satisfaction. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to provide information about insurance products and services. * Conduct sales presentations and negotiate terms to close deals. * Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service in both English and Spanish. * Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions using computer systems. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery. * Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to effectively advise clients.
