Responsibilities * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards * Turn appointments into signed agreements, and skillfully advise and negotiate for clients * Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers * Participate in team activities and meetings * Commit to weekly coaching and/or trainings, including a weekly PLACE Partner Call * Track activities and clients within the team database * Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program within first 120 days Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
