Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for retail sales, ensuring that every customer has a positive shopping experience.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies to effectively communicate with customers.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure an appealing shopping environment.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts. Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales is required; and we are willing to train the right candidate on the Sara Campbell retail standards.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
