Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for retail sales, ensuring that every customer has a positive shopping experience. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies to effectively communicate with customers. * Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure an appealing shopping environment. * Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers. * Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance. * Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales is required; and we are willing to train the right candidate on the Sara Campbell retail standards. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is a plus. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. * Join us in creating an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers while developing your skills in the retail industry!
