Full description of the position

Description: We are looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven individual to join our team as an Internal Outreach Specialist (IOS). In this role, you'll play a critical part in driving studio growth by engaging with leads, scheduling intros, and ensuring potential members feel welcomed and informed about Orangetheory Fitness.

Key Responsibilities

: Lead Engagement: Proactively contact new leads within 1 hour of inquiry submission. Use a combination of text, phone calls, and email to engage, nurture, and convert leads to booked intros. Intro Booking: Schedule and confirm intros for prospective members using Orangetheory's CRM system while building excitement for their first visit. Relationship Building: Build meaningful connections with leads by asking insightful questions about their goals, motivations, and ultimate reasons for pursuing fitness. Multi-Studio Coordination: Manage lead engagement and booking efforts for up to five studios, ensuring consistent cadence and focus across all assigned locations. Data Management: Track and document all lead interactions using internal tools and Excel sheets. Regularly update profiles to ensure accuracy and detailed reporting. Self-Management: Work independently in a remote environment, staying organized and on-task to meet daily and weekly goals.

Requirements

: Proven ability to meet or exceed performance metrics in a customer-focused or sales-driven role. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Comfortable making daily outbound calls to leads and engaging in goal-oriented conversations. Proficiency with CRM tools or similar systems Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building relationships. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting. Passion for health, fitness, and the Orangetheory brand. Have experience in the fitness, sales or customer service industry
