Job Summary

Commission Based ! We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join All Family & Real Estare. Where you and our clients are treated like family. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation and the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients. As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while providing exceptional service throughout the entire process. This position requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, administrative tasks, and relevant laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance and support.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and property values.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Stay informed about real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions.
• Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client requests efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks and processes is advantageous.
• Knowledge of real estate law is a plus.
