Mr. Greens Produce is hiring a CSR /Inside Sales Rep! Apply Today! Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida. With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets. Summary: Mr. Greens is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Rep/ Inside Sales Rep. In this position, you will play a vital role in the Customer Service function of the company. The position is responsible for resolving escalated customer issues, working with clients and vendors to resolve concerns. Respond to any claims submitted by customers. Analyzing any errors committed and provide feedback for improving procedures. Responsibilities: * Answer inbound calls from customers placing orders, inquiring about inventory, their orders placed, delivery times, etc. * Handle and carefully respond to all customer and sales inquiries via phone, email and chat * Provide excellent customer service * Aim to answer questions on the first call by being proactive in your customer service approach * Facilitate communication among customers, sales, transportation and warehouse. * Develop and maintain meaningful customer relationships to build trust and loyalty. * Make daily calls to customers to inform them of product shortages and potentially offer alternative solutions. * Follow-up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. * Respond to customer queries regarding products and services. * Process phone and email orders from customers. * Check stock availability and provide delivery ETA. * Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership. * Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates. Requirements: * Strong communication skills * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail * Ability to prioritize based tasks based on deadlines * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Ability to work independently and still be a team player * High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience of a minimum of 2 years work history in a related field. * Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings. * Must live in the Austell area. * Must be at least 21 years old.
