Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Womens Shoe Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, a knack for upselling, and the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Full time and Part-Time Positions Available! This is a $17.00/hr DRAW + Commission position. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services. * Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding and interest. * Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate and products are displayed attractively. * Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers. * Employ retail math skills to assist with inventory management, sales tracking, and order processing. * Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs to maximize sales opportunities. * Supervise junior staff or new hires as needed, providing guidance and support in their roles. * Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment that reflects the brand's image. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. * Ability to perform stock management duties effectively. * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. * A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about products and sales techniques is essential.
