Import auto dealer in SouthWest Florida is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and experienced Lead Sales Manager. Lead Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the Variable Operations Departments consisting of the new and used vehicle sales departments. Duties and Responsibilities

: Responsible for operations, profitability, sales performance, department supervision, and customer satisfaction in Variable Operations Strives to exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high CSI Assists sales and F &I members with processing or completing sales Develops product promotions to motivate sales, finance, and BDC team employees and managers Oversees department inventory and pricing Must have the drive and aptitude to train sales associates Oversees reporting of sales to manufacturers Responsible to train and motivate the team Responsible for driving sales traffic Assist sales consultants with customer interactions Manage sales staff, including holding accountability to performance, time & attendance, and other personnel-related matters Be the lead sales manager who takes charge of the team and can lead them in good times and challenging ones Lead Sales Manager

Requirements

: Previous successful automotive sales required At least 3 years of automotive dealership sales management skills preferred Must be available to work Monday - Saturday with one off day during the week Must prove success in all facets of sale management responsibilities Must have a can-do, positive, helpful, encouraging attitude Must be able to successfully handle high-pressure situations and understand how to professionally diffuse customer and employee relations issues Must be able to demonstrate professionalism, high integrity and be a team- player Strong communication skills required Bilingual a plus Our
