As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. Position Summary: The Commercial Insurance Account Manager will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening client relationships by managing the renewal process, remarketing accounts, and providing outstanding service. This role requires excellent communication, writing skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct renewal discussions with commercial clients and guide them through available coverage options. * Gather renewal information and documentation from clients in a timely and organized manner. * Remarketing accounts when appropriate to ensure competitive pricing and adequate coverage. * Handle service requests and provide support for various client needs as required. * Build strong relationships with clients through consistent, proactive communication. * Collaborate with producers and underwriters to meet client objectives. Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management preferred. * Active Property and Casualty Insurance License required. * Proven success in managing client accounts, with a focus on commercial lines. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. * Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
