Position Summary

: The Commercial Insurance Account Manager will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening client relationships by managing the renewal process, remarketing accounts, and providing outstanding service. This role requires excellent communication, writing skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Conduct renewal discussions with commercial clients and guide them through available coverage options.
• Gather renewal information and documentation from clients in a timely and organized manner.
• Remarketing accounts when appropriate to ensure competitive pricing and adequate coverage.
• Handle service requests and provide support for various client needs as required.
• Build strong relationships with clients through consistent, proactive communication.
• Collaborate with producers and underwriters to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management preferred.
• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• Proven success in managing client accounts, with a focus on commercial lines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
