Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, motivated sales professional to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue. This role offers a commission-based structure for the first 90 days , providing unlimited earning potential based on performance. After this period, a competitive salary will be negotiated if it's a strong mutual fit. This role is ideal for a go-getter with a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of commercial cleaning or facilities management, and a passion for client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial and janitorial cleaning markets, with a focus on medical and high-traffic facilities.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, referrals, and lead generation strategies.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site assessments to understand cleaning needs and provide tailored service solutions.
• Negotiate and close contracts , ensuring terms align with company objectives and client expectations.
• Cultivate long-term relationships to drive client retention, upsell opportunities, and referrals.
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure seamless service execution and client satisfaction.
• Track and report sales performance metrics , ensuring goals are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development, sales, or account management , preferably in commercial cleaning, facilities management, or B2B services.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage decision-makers and close deals.
• Self-driven and results-oriented , with the ability to work independently and hit aggressive sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple leads and opportunities.
• Tech-savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools.
