The Role We're looking for a motivated Event Sales Associate to join our growing Colorado team. This entry to mid-level role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves the details, networking, and enjoys seeing their hard work come to life at real events. You'll handle inbound inquiries, build strong client and partner relationships, and help us keep the sales engine running smoothly. What You 'll Be Doing (AKA your superpowers) * Respond to event inquiries with prompt, professional, and enthusiastic communication * Guide clients through our offerings, helping them find the perfect photo/video experience * Manage the full sales process--from first contact to final event follow-up * Hit (and ideally exceed!) monthly and quarterly sales goals * Keep our CRM (DJEP) updated and organized like a pro * Attend industry events, venue open houses, and trade shows to grow our presence * Build relationships via phone and in person with venues and partners to keep the referrals coming * Collaborate on marketing and social media efforts to boost brand awareness * Handle occasional admin tasks to keep the sales ship sailing smoothly What We 're Looking For * Strong communicator with excellent people skills--written, verbal, and everything in between You gotta love the phone - texting and talking * Experience in event or hospitality sales * Knowledge of various event types (corporate, weddings, mitzvahs--you name it * Comfortable juggling tasks in a fast-paced environment * Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRMs * 40+ WPM typing speed (we checked, it helps) * Organized, reliable, and driven to provide top-notch service * Bonus points for creativity and fresh ideas Extra Credit (Preferred but not required) * Email marketing experience * Familiarity with budget management and contract negotiation Work Schedule & Location * Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM at our Arvada office * Occasional evenings and weekends for events, networking, and follow-up * Casual office vibe, but we clean up nice for client meetings Pay & Perks * Base salary: $40,000 -$50,000 (depending on experience) * Bonus opportunities * Health, dental, and vision insurance * PTO: Earn 1.54 hours for every 40 hours worked (approx. 2 weeks/year) * Sick Leave: 1 hour earned for every 30 hours worked * 6 paid holidays * Professional development and growth opportunities * Partial remote flexibility after 6 months Ready to Join Us?
