Overview

: We are seeking motivated and results-driven Roofing Consultants to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with sales experience or a background in roofing, construction, or customer service. As a Roofing Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting inspections, and guiding clients through the roofing process.

Responsibilities

:

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided opportunities.
• Conduct free roof inspections and assess damage or potential issues.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance claim processes.
• Provide detailed estimates and close sales using a consultative approach.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Collaborate with project managers and crews to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and best practices.

Requirements

:

• Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, home improvement, or similar industries).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable with in-person client interactions and property inspections.
• Ability to climb ladders and assess roofs.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
