We're looking for a Sales Manager who's ready to turn passion into progress. Your Role as Sales Manager At StretchLab Westminster, you'll be the driving force behind our studio's growth and energy. You won't just manage sales--you'll build connections, lead a team, and create a space where people feel supported, understood, and inspired. Here 's how you'll lead: * Drive studio growth: Manage leads, own the sales funnel, and make 50+ outbound calls daily to turn curious prospects into committed members * Build real relationships: Understand each guest's goals and guide them toward the right membership solution * Motivate your team: Lead and inspire front desk staff to deliver exceptional service and exceed performance goals * Handle objections with confidence: Whether it's hesitation around time or money, you'll refocus conversations on value and long-term benefits * Elevate every visit: Ensure every guest feels welcome, seen, and excited to return--not just for StretchLab, but for the experience YOU deliver * Partner for success: Work closely with the studio owner on marketing campaigns, community outreach, and local events * Keep operations sharp: Maintain seamless studio processes--from CRM follow-ups to inventory and cleanliness Who You Are You're not just a salesperson--you're a people person, a self-starter, and a team leader with a passion for movement and meaningful connection.
