Job Description * Job Title:* Sales Greeter Department: New Vehicle Sales Reports To: General Sales Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Prepared By: Chris Shakoor * SUMMARY Welcomes Sales Customers and gathers customer data. * ESSENTIAL DUTIES Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Approaches and greets all New and Used vehicle customers. * Insures that all areas that new and used vehicles are displayed in are periodically checked for potential customers. * Gathers customer data including name, address, phone number, email address, and vehicle needs/wants. * Submits data to receptionist for entry into CRM. * Introduces customer to the salesperson that management assigns to customer. * Provides dealership directions to customers or and introduces them to staff. * Directs customers with dealership concerns to the appropriate management. Informs management about customer concerns. * Maintains a professional, friendly demeanor. * Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction. * SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. * QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to other employees of the organization. * REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
