We are a small manufacturer of consumer household staple goods with privileges to carry on an incidental financial risk management practice. We are looking to pair with a few reliable lawyers who would like to entertain incidental B2B sales to their existing customers (excepting for certain verticals, e.g., residential mortgages, that fall outside of our current license). If you have sophisticated small or medium business clients with cash, receipts, or chattel that they would like to use to manage their operational risks, this is a great opportunity for you to earn a very healthy revenue stream while ensuring your clients are in business for years to come. However, before we proceed any further, we must disclose that we do not generally hold out as investment advisors or a commodity pool operator. Similarly, we are not licensed or approved by any State or Federal agency or self-regulatory agency.
