Position Overview: We're looking for energetic, driven Sales Associates to join us on the ground floor of a business built on long-term customer relationships and great service. If you love interacting with people and want to help them find the best car wash option while earning competitive commissions, this job is for you! Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude - Answer questions and assist customers in choosing the perfect car wash - Promote and sell our popular unlimited monthly wash plans - Safely guide customers to the car wash tunnel entrance - Ensure property cleanliness, including emptying trash cans and monitoring the car wash tunnel for safety and functionality - Perform visual inspections of the tunnel and equipment - Deliver exceptional customer service that sets us apart Work Environment: This role requires working around moving vehicles and automated equipment in an outdoor setting. You'll also be walking the property and interacting with customers throughout the day. Schedule: - Full-time position - Hours: Monday-Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Sunday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM - We are open 7 days a week, but you'll enjoy time off on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas!
