Responsibilities What You 'll Do: * Complete PLACE Launch. * Execute PLACE lead generation systems consistently. * Advise and consult with buyers, securing signed agreements and identifying properties. * Negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers. * Track all tasks and activities through PLACE Technology. * Host two open houses each month. * Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments. * Participate in weekly script practice and team activities per standards. * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls. * Advise sellers, secure listings, and implement effective marketing strategies. * Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and other listing services. Qualifications * Highly driven sales professional with a competitive nature. * Strong at building relationships, listening, and identifying solutions. * Exceptional at prospecting, lead generation, and overcoming objections. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Team-oriented licensed real estate professional. * 1+ years of experience in real estate sales. * Organized, growth-minded, and learning-oriented. * Willing to master scripts, dialogues, and time management skills.
