Spencer Real Estate Group is a growing boutique brokerage in Middleton that does things a little differently. Instead of working as a solo Realtor, we all work as a team to help each of our clients through the buying and selling process. Each team member is a licensed agent with a specialized role within the company. Our unique structure provides agents with a better work-life balance and less risk. If you are looking for a fun yet challenging career in a collaborative environment, we have a new position available! We are seeking someone to join our team to assist with real estate sales, property management, and coordinating events. In this role, you will create new connections within the community, build lasting relationships, and implement ideas for increasing awareness of our brokerage. In addition to participating in local networking events, you will take the lead on planning and coordinating our own events to connect us with our clients and business partners. This position will work closely within our tight knit team to help our clients find and procure new homes and real estate investments. A real estate license is not required to apply but will be needed after hire to perform responsibilities. Real estate training and classes will be provided. All licensing and training fees will be paid for by the broker. DUTIES INCLUDE Sales * Drive more sales by creating new connections and increasing the awareness of our brokerage. * Join local networking groups and attend events weekly. * Nurture new and current referral partner relationships through regular meetings and communication. * Manage our gifting program, sponsorships, and other promotional opportunities. * Maintain our lead generation platforms by converting new leads and keeping our online profiles updated. * Work closely with the broker on projects to increase our referral partner network. * Aid our marketing team by promoting current campaigns and initiatives. Events * Manage our annual events by planning and coordinating logistics. * Research new venues and ideas as needed. * Order and source event supplies. * Communicate with the marketing team for promotional materials and advertising needs. * On the day of the event, coordinate the setup and takedown, capture photos and media, and delegate duties to other team members for assistance. * Many of our events are already streamlined and include: client events, happy hours, neighborhood events, presentations, team outings and volunteering. * Our events occur during and after business hours, including evenings and weekends. Buyer Assistance * Assist our Buyer Specialist with the following when needed: showings and open houses, buyer communication and scheduling, drafting valuations and offers, attending Inspections, walkthroughs, and closings. * Be the on-call showing agent for up to 2 weekends per month and some weekday evenings. On-Call Duties Include:monitoring emails, responding to inquiries, scheduling and attending showings, and drafting offers as needed. HOURS AND COMPENSATION * 40 hours per week. * This is a salaried position with commission and bonus opportunities as well as compensation for mileage usage. * Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm * This position will be a semi-rotating schedule with some after-hour work required: * Be the on-call agent for up to 2 weekends per month and some weekday evenings. * If one or more showings are scheduled on either Saturday or Sunday, you will generate one full day to take off during normal business hours. * If one or more showings are scheduled on both Saturday AND Sunday, you will generate two full days off during normal business hours. * Benefits include paid holidays, a flexible schedule. * Paid vacation and bonus opportunities are available after a 90-day introductory period. REQUIREMENTS * At least 1 years experience in real estate and/or a sales position. * A real estate license is preferred but not required. If you do not have a real estate license, you must be willing to study for one and be able to pass an exam. * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation for driving to and from appointments. EXTRAS * To help set yourself apart from the crowd, we encourage you to include a cover letter detailing some of your personal experiences in sales and/or real estate. * A background that includes some event planning, marketing, copywriting, or similar is a plus. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish are a plus.
