Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in outside sales, particularly within the technology sector, and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, negotiate effectively, and foster strong customer relationships. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. Duties * Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals. * Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. * Manage key accounts by building strong relationships and understanding client needs. * Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to maximize revenue. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts. * Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making. * Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance to senior management. * Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all stages of the sales process.
