Qualifications Prior experience in commercial and or residential flooring industry is preferred in order to understand the sales process, ordering process and customer service requirements. Prior experience in construction sales preferred otherwise. Must be able to provide the highest degree in professionalism and customer service. Drivers License necessary. Candidates will need to submit to a background check. Job responsibilities Assisting in maintaining showroom. Showroom shifts to accommodate walk-in customers. Lift light to moderately heavy items. Conducting visits to homes and businesses to aid in selection, measurements and project requirements. Maintaining contact with prospects through out to follow up on pricing, estimating, installation and after sale care. Compensation Position pays a bi-weekly salary plus uncapped commission. Paid personal and vacation days, after one year. Fuel reimbursement after 90 days. 401k enrolment after 90 days. Uniform provided after 90 days.
