If you have experience in phone or car sales--or simply a passion for connecting with customers and closing deals--you could be a perfect fit. Full support and training are provided to help you succeed. * Key Responsibilities * Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective moving customers. * Quickly build rapport, identify client needs, and present tailored service options. * Generate quotes, explain services, and secure bookings. * Maintain accurate and detailed records using CRM systems. * Meet and exceed individual sales goals and team performance standards. * Work closely with operations and dispatch teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements * Prior experience in phone sales, car sales, or a related customer-facing sales role preferred. * No moving industry experience necessary--full training provided! * Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. * A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and a competitive spirit. * Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. * Must be reliable and punctual for in-person work at the Boynton Beach office. Compensation and Benefits Base Pay : $400 weekly for sales under $5,499 * Commission Structure : * $5,500 - $7,499 = 15% commission * $7,500 - $14,999 = 25% commission * $15,000 - $24,999 = 30% commission * $25,000+ = 35% commission New Rep Training Period : * Unlimited commission earning potential after training! * Opportunities for advancement into senior sales or management roles. * Supportive, professional, and diverse work environment.
