Responsibilities * Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process. * Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, market trends, and neighborhood developments. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. * Prepare and present property listings with detailed descriptions and high-quality visuals. * Manage property showings, open houses, and client meetings effectively. * Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings through real estate administrative tasks. * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements in all transactions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business. * Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors to facilitate smooth transactions.
