About the Role We're hiring a Sales Professional with a passion for helping business owners, a track record of closing deals, and training from world-class sales programs such as Cardone University, Brad Sugars, Dale Carnegie , or equivalent. You'll engage with warm leads, build meaningful relationships, and help guide clients toward smart business solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective business development strategies, managing client relationships, and analyzing market trends. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties * Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. * Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability. * Conduct inside sales activities, including cold calling potential clients to generate new business opportunities. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage upselling of products and services. * Utilize PipeDrive and Pure software for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or software-related field. * Strong skills in business development, inside sales, cold calling, and upselling techniques. * Proficiency in using PipeDrive or similar CRM software for managing sales processes. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and customer needs effectively. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
