We are seeking an experienced Roofing Salesman and Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Roofing Salesman and Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, project management skills, and a strong understanding of the roofing industry. Key Responsibilities - Sales Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail sector. Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales and repeat business. - Project Management:Oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - Client Engagement:Conduct site visits, assess project needs, and provide tailored roofing solutions. Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. - Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive strategic sales initiatives. Qualifications: - Proven experience in roofing sales and project management, preferably in the retail sector. - Strong understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and safety standards. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in project management software and sales tools. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
