Our growing Allstate agency has been servicing clients for more than 16 years. We are searching for a strong personal lines closer with solid work ethic. Base Salary is $40K+ depending on prior performance. As Example, annualized Compensation vs Average Monthly Items Sold with a $40K Base: * 17 Items $56K * 30 Items $80k * 40 Items $95k * 50 Items $108 Responsibility: * Consistently Meet Monthly Sales Goals. This is not a service position, your only responsibility is closing sales. * Maintain knowledge of new products and underwriting rules. Qualifications: * Must have TX General Lines P&C License. * Demonstrable track record of meeting sales goals and quotas. * Hardworking, goal driven individual. * Positive enthusiastic attitude.
