Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by managing various tasks and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team, other departments and clients. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sales and customer service. Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales documents. * Process sales orders, track shipments, and coordinate with production, shipping, and customer service to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in CRM systems. * Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for review by management. * Assist with responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up on sales leads. * Support the coordination of trade shows, events, and product demonstrations as needed. * Liaise with marketing and operations teams to ensure promotional campaigns and inventory availability align with sales goals. * Monitor inventory levels and alert appropriate teams of shortages or delays. * Help onboard new clients and ensure seamless account setup and documentation. * Perform other duties as assigned to support overall sales objectives. Skills * 2+ years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred. * Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service. * Team player with a proactive and flexible approach.
