You'll work closely with experienced professionals who are invested in your success. * Lucrative Commission Structure : We offer competitive commission 90/10 unless you are a brand-new agent than it will be your first 5 70/30 and after that 90/10 Qualifications : * Proven interest or experience in real estate (preferred but not required). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Valid real estate license (or ability to obtain one).
