• Lucrative Commission Structure : We offer competitive commission 90/10 unless you are a brand-new agent than it will be your first 5 70/30 and after that 90/10

Qualifications

:

• Proven interest or experience in real estate (preferred but not required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
