Sales Associate About The Gallery Sportsman 's Club & Range: The Gallery is more than a traditional range and firearms retailer. We seek to create a community with common interests rooted in shooting sports. Our 20,000 sq ft facility in The Colorado Mills boasts a high-end shooting experience across 15 lanes, Colorado's first restaurant with a full bar in a shooting facility, a retail shop, a coffee shop, a robust training program, and a team that provides members & guests with exceptional experiences every time they visit. Position Description: The Sales Associate will be a key member of our team, providing exceptional service to our customers in The Gallery's retail store. This role involves assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining the appearance of the store, and ensuring that every visitor has a positive and enjoyable shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor sports, a keen eye for detail, the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to guide a customer's shopping experience so they get the products that are best for them. Responsibilities: * Greet customers as they enter the store and help in locating products. * Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service, answering questions about products and making recommendations based on customer needs. * Assist customers with purchases, including processing payments and handling returns or exchanges. * Maintain the appearance of the store by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the store clean and tidy. * Stay informed about new products and promotions, and communicate this information to customers. * Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting inventory counts, and reporting discrepancies. * Support the execution of store events and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer experience. * Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional overall customer experience. * Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment. Qualifications: * Previous retail or customer service experience. * Experience in the firearm industry is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
