Position Overview: We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing team in the Colorado Springs - Denver Metro Area. This is a high-level, performance-driven role for someone with a proven background in sales-- especially within the construction industry--who thrives on results, builds strong relationships, and isn't afraid to close big deals. Location: Colorado Springs - Denver Metro Area Job Type: 1099 Contract (Independent Contractor) Compensation: $500/Week Base + High Commission Structure on Awarded Contracts Hours: Flexible | 40-50 hours/week Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial sectors * Develop strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, and project managers * Prepare and present proposals, bids, and tailored solutions to secure new contracts * Maintain a full pipeline of qualified leads and track all activities * Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and industry functions * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to operations Requirements: * 5+ years of proven success in business development or sales (construction background highly preferred) * Own vehicle and valid driver's license (local travel required) * Must be a U.S. resident * Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated. * Adaptable to fast-paced or evolving industries. * High level of professionalism and business ethics. * Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
